Early Access & Pilot Agreement
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lean AI Coach during our Early Access phase, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are designed to facilitate a collaborative and secure pilot environment while we prepare for our official commercial launch.
2. Early Access Nature
Lean AI Coach is currently in a "Pilot" or "Early Access" mode. While the tool is fully functional for A3 coaching and Lean management, it is provided "as-is" and "as-available" for testing and refinement purposes.
3. Permitted Use
You agree to use Lean AI Coach only for professional development and organizational improvement. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to the AI coach and for validating any suggestions before implementation on the gemba (factory floor or office).
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership of the specific content, problems, and solutions (A3s) you create. Lean AI Coach owns the software, algorithms, and technical framework that powers the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
During the Early Access phase, Lean AI Coach and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service. We aim for 99.9% uptime, but interruptions may occur as we update the platform.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the early access collaboration at any time. Upon termination, you may request a final export of your data.
