2. European Data Standards

We align our operations with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). While we are currently in our pilot phase and continuously refining our security infrastructure, we process all data following strict European standards for confidentiality and integrity.

3. Data Usage During Early Access

During this phase, we use the data you provide strictly to:

  • Power the AI A3 coaching tailored to your specific context.
  • Provide organization-wide visibility through our dashboards.
  • Improve the accuracy and helpfulness of the Lean AI Coach.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your proprietary A3 insights to train public AI models that could benefit competitors.

4. Your Rights

You maintain full ownership of your data. You may request to review, export, or delete your information at any time by contacting us at info@leanaicoach.com.

Notice to Early Adopters

As we are currently in "Early Access," we are in the process of auditing our systems for ISO and SOC2 compliance. In the meantime, we implement robust encryption (AES-256) for all data at rest and in transit.
